Family-Owned & Built on Experience
St. Pete Environmental Consulting SPEC was founded with a simple mission: to provide dependable environmental consulting backed by technical expertise and exceptional customer service. After years of experience in the environmental industry, we set out to build a company where clients receive honest guidance, responsive communication, and high-quality work from people who genuinely care about every project.
As a family-owned business, our name is behind every report, inspection, and recommendation we provide. We build strong relationships through trust, reliability, and personalized service. Whether you’re a property manager, contractor, business owner, or homeowner, we take the time to understand your needs. We then provide practical solutions to help you move forward with confidence.
Service You Can Trust
SPEC proudly serves clients throughout Florida with asbestos inspections, mold and moisture assessments, indoor air quality testing, and environmental consulting services. We are committed to delivering accurate results, maintaining the highest professional standards, and providing the level of service our clients deserve. As our company continues to grow, our commitment remains the same, to be a trusted environmental consulting partner for every client and every project.
